Jose “Saul” Hernandez
President

Saul Hernandez is the founder and President of Saul Signs, Inc. He established the company in 1981. Over the last 27 years, Saul has been responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations and was responsible for the management and direction of Saul Sign’s business interests.

Saul currently oversees Production and Installation Operations and he continues to approve and implement company operational procedures, standards, and policies. Saul acts as mentor and liaison to his son Joel, who officially joined the family business in 2000, and is currently the COO of the Wholesale Manufacturing Division.

Leida Hernandez
Vice President

Leida Hernandez is the cofounder of Saul Signs, Inc., and has worked as its Vice President since its inception in 1981. During the company’s early years, Leida would handle all of the company’s finances and assisted the President in overseeing the daily operations. 

Leida currently oversees the administrative and financial aspects of the company, and evaluates proposed objectives for the company.

Adie Jones
Lead Project Coordinator

Adie Jones is the Lead Project Coordinator and came to work for the family business while completing her degrees in Advertising and Graphic Design at the University of Miami.  As the daughter of founders Saul and Leida Hernandez, she assisted her parents with all administrative functions of the business while growing up. 

Joel Hernandez
COO - Wholesale Manufacturing Division

Joel Hernandez is the COO of the Wholesale Manufacturing Division for Saul Signs, Inc., and is the son of President Saul Hernandez. Joel grew-up in his father’s business and helped around the shop during childhood summers to earn an allowance. He officially joined the family business after college and has been with the company since 2000.

Prior to his position as General Manager, Joel trained in each of the various production and administrative positions within the company to gain firsthand insight as to what each position entails. Joel’s current responsibilities are to oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments, and he is responsible for the overall strategic planning and direction of the company.

Laura Hodges
Office Manager

Laura Hodges is the Office Manager for Saul Signs, Inc., and has been with the company since 2001. Laura is responsible for interdepartmental organization and coordination, and she confers with, and provides assistance to, the General Manager.

Laura manages the administrative and clerical personnel, and directs the day-to-day operations of the Administrative Departments including Finance, Customer Service, Permitting & Shipping.

Jason Jones
Print Production Manager

Jason Jones currently oversees all functions of the Printing Department. He is responsible for coordinating production schedules, job cost analysis, and manages quality control. During his time as Print Production Manager, sales have increased 40%, and the workflow systems he has implemented have increased departmental proficiency.

Ernesto Cabrera
Production Manager

Ernesto Cabrera oversees all aspects related to electrical fabrication, erection, installation and maintenance.
